Welcome to the Staffordshire Inter-Club Tennis League website. The League's season runs from 1 April until 30 September each year.

Beginning 1 April 2026, all the League's data relating to clubs, teams, fixtures, tables and registered/nominated players data is now administered via the LTA's Online League Planner (OLP). To reflect this, the League's website has been significantly simplified and no longer provides live, "in-season" data.

The new system will introduce many new features and ALL club officials and team captains will need to familiarise themselves with their responsibilities BEFORE selecting any player for their first match.

The implemenation of the OLP means that many of the processes previously undertaken by the divisional secretaries, such as the entering of match cards and registering of new/nominated players, will now be the responsibility of authorised club representatives.

The LTA requires all players representing a team to hold LTA Advantage member status. Any player representing a team without Advantage membership will not have their name displayed as an option when submitting a match card online. It is therefore imperative that team captains monitor their player pool to ensure this requirement is met and maintained throughout the season.

The adoption of the OLP has also required a major overhaul of the League's rule book with the most significant change being the abandoning of monetary penalties. Instead, and where considered appropriate, a revised scale of points penalties has been introduced and you should familiarise yourself with these by visiting the Rules page of this website.

It is inevitable that the first year will create some challenges for clubs, team captains and, indeed, the divisional secretaries themselves so your patience would be appreciated.
